Houston Bicycle Museum Exhibit
On Sunday, Nov. 13, the Houston Bicycle Museum will hold its fall event at the Houston Garden Center across from the Miller
Outdoor in Hermann Park. The event will be an exhibit of collectable and rare bikes and related memorabilia. The
bikes will range from the middle 1800s thu the current era. There will be high wheelers, pre-1900 safety bikes, collectible
children's bikes and tankers, a handful of interesting tandems, and many, many more. The memorabilia will have some
kit from various significant events, helmets, seats, and bike stamps and record covers. The event is free, but if you
like what you see and want to see more, feel free to donate towards the building fund for the Museum. The hours are
from noon til 5:00. I guarantee a smile.

January, 23, 2011, The Chili Ride Not that

some of it was delicious. The group was sympathetic and interested.

March 13, 1999 St. Patrick's Day Parade A small contingency
of intrepid HATS members joined the strip joints, bars, eateries of Richmond Street and others in the frigid cold to celebrate
St. Paddy's day. Things to note: our clothing (it was bitterly cold!), how small Amanda was, the "clown
bikes" (sorry, Hanz...they didn't believe they were Real bikes) and the Out of Towner HATS.
